Coach Simon Henao
Coach Simon became the Head Coach of Bay Lions FSC in 2017 and was later promoted to Club Director in 2018. Simon is currently leading the club’s two oldest age groups, 2009 and 2010 ELITE.

Coach Anthony Stewart
Coach Anthony brings the most experience to our Bay Lions coaching staff, with an impressive 30-year soccer career that culminated in his role as a goalkeeper for the Jamaican National Team.

Coach Tomas Henao
Coach T brings 17 years of playing experience, including competing at the Division 1 level at FIU. His experience and knowledge helps promote athletic performance to maximize player growth at every level.

Coach Erikk Ordonez
Coach Erikk joined Bay Lions in 2023, taking the helm of the U12 boys team that season. With 5 years of coaching experience and a playing background at the NJCAA and NAIA levels, he is now a USSF C Licensed Coach. This season, Coach Erikk will be coaching both the 2012 & 2013 boys teams!

Coach Chris is a USSF D License Coach with a passion for soccer that began at the age of 6. He concluded his playing career at 21 in the 4th Division United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).

Coach Ivan Franco
Coach Ivan is the newest member of our coaching staff at Bay Lions FSC. He will be leading our youngest boys’ team, the U9s, in the FYSL Match League. Competing against other 2017/18 boys, he’s excited to teach the next generation of Bay Lions not only the game of soccer, but also the joy of being part of the soccer community.

Coach Manny Oramas
Coach Manny joined the Bay Lions in 2021 and is one of two strength & conditioning coaches at Bay Lions FSC, working with all Bay Lions athletes aged 8 to 16.

Coach Angel Martinez
Coach Angel is the newest member of the Bay Lions strength & conditioning team. He will collaborate with Coach Manny to train all athletes ranging from ages 8 to 16.

Coach Samuel Henao
Sami serves as the assistant coach for the Bay Lions U8-U16 teams. He brings 6 years of soccer experience, having played on a Division 1 Premier Fútbol League team.
