Coach Simon Henao
Coach Simon became the Head Coach of Bay Lions FSC in 2017 and was later promoted to Club Director in 2018. Simon is currently leading the club’s oldest and youngest age groups, 2009 ELITE and 2018 ELITE.

Coach Anthony Stewart
Coach Anthony brings the most experience to our Bay Lions coaching staff, with an impressive 30-year soccer career that culminated in his role as a goalkeeper for the Jamaican National Team.

Coach Manny Oromas
Coach Manny joined the Bay Lions staff in 2021 as one of our Strength & Conditioning Coaches.
This season, Coach Manny is back and taking on a new role as one of our Head Coaches! He will be leading the 2011 ELITE team while continuing his role as one of the two Strength & Conditioning Coaches at Bay Lions FSC.

Coach Erikk Ordonez
Coach Erikk joined Bay Lions in 2023, taking the helm of the U12 boys team that season. With 6 years of coaching experience and a playing background at the NJCAA and NAIA levels, he is now a USSF C Licensed Coach. This season, Coach Erikk will be continue coaching both 2012 & 2013 ELITE teams!

Coach Chris Acevedo
Coach Chris is a USSF C License Coach with a passion for soccer that began at the age of 6. He concluded his playing career at 21 in the 4th Division United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). This season Coach Chris will continue coaching the 2014 ELITE and the newly formed 2015 ELITE teams.

Coach Ivan Franco
This season Coach Ivan will be leading two Bay Lions boys’ team, including the U11 ELITE and the U10 BOYS. Competing against other 2016 & 2017 boys, he’s excited to teach the younger generations of Bay Lions not only the game of soccer, but also the joy of being part of the soccer community.

Coach Samuel Henao
This year at Bay Lions FSC, Coach Sami has officially stepped up to become our newest HEAD COACH for the 2018 ELITE team along side Coach Simon.
He brings 7 years of soccer experience, having played on a Division 1 Premier Fútbol League team.

Coach Angel Martinez
Coach Angel is the newest member of the Bay Lions strength & conditioning team. He will collaborate with Coach Manny to train all athletes ranging from ages 8 to 16.

Coach Tomas Henao
Coach T brings 17 years of playing experience, including competing at the Division 1 level at FIU. His experience and knowledge helps promote athletic performance to maximize player growth at every level. This season, Coach T will be helping the Strength & Conditioning team within all Bay Lions teams
