• All participants must register for tryouts.

• Tryouts will be hosted @ Palmetto Bay Park & Coral Reef Park (confirm location below). 

• Players must bring cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water. 

• Parents must fill out, sign, and send a scanned copy of this Waiver Form.
